Service entrance conductor wires including overhead or lateral, meter base, main electric panel, sub panel, breaker size vs wire gauge, wiring, wire type, polarity and grounding all of outlets tested, GFCI outlets, light switches

Bathroom ventilation, sinks, bathtubs, showers, toilets
NOTE: If any of the systems and components mentioned above are concealed or not accessible during inspection they can’t be inspected.
Cross Home Inspections LLC will recommend a mold test if visible evidence of suspected mold growth is observed during an inspection.
