  1. What exactly is a home inspection report?
    Our report is a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas of the building. It will be inspected in accordance with a nationally recognized standard. pointing out problems with the home that might affect your decision on buying, at the same time pointing out the positive in the home.
  2. How long does an inspection take?
    Generally speaking, an inspection will take between 2 and 4 hours. A smaller home with an accessable attic and crawl space can take as little as 2 hours, while a larger home and/or a home with difficult to access areas can take significantly longer.
  3. Do I have to be home for the inspection?
    Yes. Someone needs to be home to provide access to your home, and access to any other areas that may be locked, for instance a shed, or detached garage., etc.
  4. How long after the inspection before I get my report?
    Please allow 2 business days after the inspection to receive your report. Can be completed faster upon request.
